Salvia sinaloesis 'Aztec Blue'

Fine black leaf salvia with a dense compact bushy form 50x50cm after 12 months. Ultramarine blue fine flowers on short chocolate stems mid summer to late autumn.

Full sun, heat and excellent drainage for this equatorial beauty. Water in well when planting then water every two weeks for the first month.

Afterwards little to no watering, fertilizing or gardening, just let it bake in the sun in a dry area. Happily grows in a 5-10L pot on the patio.

Black fine foliage provides contrast to other low maintenance dry plants in urban and small gardens. Perfect for front of the border. Blue is the favorite color of bees.
