Organic Living Material Warranties

1. All potted plants produced by Apollo Farms (including potted dahlias) are warrantied for 60 days from date of dispatch. 

2. Dahlia Tubers are also warrantied for 60 days from date of dispatch. However dahlia tuber warranties apply only if the purchaser follows Apollo Farm's Dahlia Growing Guide in full and to the letter. Copies of this guide are available via the Apollo Farm NZ website.  

3. Corms and bulbs purchased from Apollo Farms are warrantied for 60 days from date of dispatch conditional of the purchaser following the enclosed corm and bulb growing guide, copies of which are available via the Apollo Farm NZ website.  

4. We do not trade in cuttings and will never ship these as we can not control the delicate conditions a cutting requires if it is shipped. 

The definition of warrantied in this online document includes the following remedy options which are solely at the discretion of Apollo Farm NZ in application.

1. Replacement and free shipping of the product if there is stock available.  

2. Refund in full, to be credited to the bank account of the customer.

3. Refund in the form of gift voucher to equivalent value as the product.

Exclusions and Conditions:

1. Apollo Farm NZ is not liable to loss of profit from the individual or business for failure to follow the growing guides mentioned above.

2. Apollo Farm NZ is not liable to loss of profit from the individual or business for the customers failure to notify the Apollo Farm NZ within the 60 period of the warranty. 

Shipping Policies:

Apollo Farm NZ takes great care in carefully packaging plants and dahlia tubers. We use NZ Post Couriers as we have found them to be the most careful and reliable courier service provider in NZ over many years. 

In the unlikely event that a plant or product arrives damaged, is delayed or is lost please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort this out this with our shipping provider.

Sales Policies

Apollo Farm NZ reserves the right to limit sales to individuals or businesses. This is in order to ensure that rare historical dahlias can be preserved and enjoyed by many gardeners, not just a limited few. 

Apollo Farm NZ reserves the right to limit, cancel or suspend sales if the following is activities are suspected: 

1. Purchasing with the intention of reselling at a higher price on social media platforms, Trademe.co.nz, Facebook marketplace or any other market, online or in person.

2. Fraudulent transactions as per New Zealand business laws including. the Fair Trading Act.
