Plant, Dahlia Tuber, Bulbs Sales & Shipping Policies

Good Business

We guarantee that our plants, tubers and bulbs will arrive to you in good condition and be true to name, spieces and cultivar. We guarantee the same when we sell products at markets of course.

Tubers, bulbs, rhizomes, corms are shipped in sawdust to prevent them from drying out. They need to be potted up as soon as they arrive.

Plants and tubers et. al. are living products, so they each have preferred conditions. There's plenty of information about growing plants on our website. Please read our growing guides in the Education section.

We are human and mistakes can happen. If you have received the wrong product we will refund you in full or replace the plant. The same plant may not be available immediately as numbers are limited each season.

If there are any issues with your dahlia tubers upon delivery do contact us within 72 hours to resolve the problem. Beyond that time we can not offer refunds, replacements or credit. Dahlia tubers are living organic tissue and we can not control your environment or gardening practices. For storage advice do read our dahlia growing guide and watch our youtube videos

Unpacking your dahlia tubers:

Your dahlia tubers will arrive in sawdust in paper bags. This is to protect them, moderate extremes of humidity and temperature and prevent them from drying out. Your tubers should be removed from these bags immediately when you receive them and then either potted up or stored correctly until planting time.
