From Dr Hammett's lifetime of collecting rare plants.
Winter flowering in late July/early August each year and needs indirect sunlight under a tree or on a patio in a large pot. Spectacular flowers on long strong stems.
Easy to grow for us in the soil or a large pot, slow growing, tough but extremely rare pure spieces hippeastrum often confused with modern commercial hybrids.. Winter growth and foliage. Dormant in summer. Need to be planted asap.
2.5L potted established bulbs with at least one pup.
