Dahlia: Kaiwera Gold

Rich gold to peach flowers with great depth and complexity. One of my favorite dahlias bred in New Zealand.  This is a very tough cultivar that can handle all manner of horrible weather and soil conditions except a nuclear bomb.

Vigorous with strong stems and healthy growth, my stock has been through drought, cyclones and two major floods.  Small fimbriated cactus with very fine lacerated petals on 35cm thick brown stems. Classified for exhibition, get three flower the same size in a vase and you'll surely win a prize.
