Dahlia: Fiori Priscilla Anita

Spectacular, ebullient and a stubborn New Zealand dahlia from from Chrissy Fiori. Named after her Italian mother.  Medium cactus sliding towards medium decorative. Yet to be formally classified. She has been subjected to floods, droughts and cyclones at Apollo Farm NZ. No doubt in my mind that this cultivar is exceptional.
