A vigorous and reliable grower, this achillea loves full sun and good drainage and will reward you with a large display of gold flowers mid summer to autumn. Long stems of bee and butterfly food with plenty of color. Hardy.
Achillea millefolium have fine fern like foliage with ground spreading stolons. The produce very long stemmed flower clusters and contain an abundance of natural compounds and are used in traditional medicine in many cultures. This plant will grow to a rooted clump 25cm wide in one year with the foliage and flowers being 1m wide and 70cm tall in mid summer.
